(SW Networks) - Powerhouse singer and songwriter Kelly Price may be out promoting her platinum- selling album, "Soul Of A Woman," and tying up loose ends with the ill-fated R. Kelly tour, but rumors are circulating that she's moved on to greener pastures. It has been reported that Kelly will join Whitney Houston on her summer tour, which is scheduled to begin June 22 in Chicago. "I'm in talks with another major artist ... but I can't tell you who it is, to go out on the road," Price said. "I'm really excited about it because if it happens it's going to be monster." Kelly's spokesperson confirmed that she has been selected to go out on the three-month tour, and that they're in the process of ironing out the production details.

Earlier this year Kelly had a chance to share a No. 1 hit with Houston, for the ballad "Heartbreak Hotel," with Faith Evans. Over the last ten years, Price has performed background vocals and sang with numerous stars, including Aretha Franklin, Brandy and Mariah Carey, who she worked extensively with for five years.
