Rachel Decoste is Whitney Houston's #1 fan. And to prove it she not only sports a tattoo on her ankle which proclaims "Whitney Houston forever," but she also created, designed and continues to maintain the biggest site in the World Wide Web devoted to her idol: The Whitney Houston Worship Webpage. The website, which has garnered Rachel mentions in the JUne '97 issue of US magazine, the At, gust/September issue of American Visions magazine, tile May 13 '97 edition of The Star in Ottawa and most recently, the African American's Guide to the Interact' and the World Wide Web, had humble beginnings. Decoste, currently a third year Systems and Computing Engineering student, came to the University of Guelph from her native Ottawa eager to find out about the Internet she’d read so much about and heard about on TV.
