Dear Arista,
I am an avid fan of whitney for the past 14 years. And I truly adore this amazing and talented lady. But I am really saddened at the sales performance of her new album, it's like arista did not do any promotion for her, look at jewel and mariah, they have their own big logos everystore i go , people can see thwm and can grab and look at their CD..but whitney..never seen 1. My 2 friends who like whitney a lot doesnt know whitney has a new album...what's happening? When u believe did not click in radio playlist, it's like barbara and celine's "tell him." Even with her appearance to rosey and oprah still the album moved down on sales and chart position. I can't tell what's happening to her album, I am still in denial. I hope u can release a second single that is radio-friendly...My love is your love is a good bet. and for the song heartbreak hotel it is already receiving massive r and b airplays. Hope arista would read and reconsider my letter of plea.....

The next single is on its way this week. Heartbreak Hotel will be the next
single that radio will really start to play early next week. I do think you
will see a significant increase in sales numbers in the next few weeks.
Arista is comitted to making this album huge.
