Have some more news. All of a sudden the ticketservice allows me to make a list and give it to them. You don't need to call that number (0900-300XXXX) anymore.

You can just call me and give me your date of birth and your name. I will need it as soon as possible!!! I will fax them the list on Friday, so make sure you are on the list. People still have to pick up the tickets personally on Monday, with a passport.

I finally understand where you and Trevor P. went through when you were arranging things for us in Germany. People call me all day and I don't have time to study. Also the ticket service is giving me a hard time; first they say that everyone has to call them personally, then they say that I can give them the list with names, but I need the date of birth from all the people who attend.

It sure takes a lot of time, but it's for Whitney so I won't complain.
