Today's New York Daily News features a brief article in its entertainment section about how Whitney is going to appear at the Virgin Mega Store in Times Square. Here is most of it:

They don't come much bigger than her.

Pop diva-superstar uber vocalist Whitney Houston will be in town this week to promote her new album, "My Love Is Your Love," which hits stores on Tuesday. The biggest event will be on Thursday at 6: Whitney will visit the Virgin Mega Store in Times Square for her first-ever store appearance. The crowds will come out (advance orders for the album, which contains the single "When You Believe," her duet with Mariah Carey from the "Price of Egypt" soundtrack, are running at 1.75 million), so get there early.

[It doesn't mention that you have to buy the CD and get a pass to attend, so probably some uninformed people are going to be annoyed when they can't get in on Thursday.]

The same newspaper also reviews the three "Prince of Egypt" soundtracks, and says that all of them are dull.
