According to sources close to Babyface, Sony and Arista, no one -- I mean NO ONE -- in the United States or anywere else has heard the song "When you Believe".  This song has been kept underwraps until its air date.  That date is within the last week of Oct.

  Babyface is still making some vocal arrangements on the song.  In addition only a hand full of people have heard the song.  So if anyone has heard the song or claimed to have heard the song ask them to produce the audio for you.  Until then please dont put stock into whats being said.

Obviously the people at Sony are lying to us cuz MANY people have heard the song on the radio. It played on Z95 several times (2 weeks ago) and, mysteriously, they stopped playing it once they were "ousted" online. And Ted Casablanca made his online review of the song weeks ago.

Now on a different note, there has been a lot of buzz about Mariah and Whitney's vocal power.  As you may have read in Oct/Nov issue of vibe Mariah describe Whitney's voice as being really powerful and her's being somewhat airier to Whitney.
