On July 23, 1998 I went on vacation to the Bahamas with my boyfriend. Never thinking I would ever in my life meet anyone famous  but i  did. I met Whtney and Bobby Brown.  It's kinda a long story... I'll try to cut it short.  On Friday July 24 my boyfriend and I went to this resturant called Mama Loo's to eat.  It was late at night.(11pm)  ok so we were eating.  The resturant was cool inside so I decided to take a pic.  So I did.  Out of no where this man comes over to our table demanding that we give him my film.  He was like---"There is a famous celebrity in the=is room who does not want her pic taken and you just took her picture!"  He took my camera took the film out  and gave me $20 for the film.  He then went and sat back down at a table with this fat women.  I started looking around the room to see who was so famous......and I saw her across the room... Whitney!

      To make a very long story short...the next day I discovered that her bodyguard had broke my camera when he took the film out....I was so mad.  Here I was on paradise Island for 7 m ore days with a broken camera, 2 more unused rolls of film ....I'm from Wisconsin.  Very far from home.  So I was mad so I called Star [tabloid] Magazine and told them in New York what happened...and they said I had a story...

      they told me to watch their every move.  I wasn't about to spend my vacation in the Bahamas looking for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. I'd figured I'd never see them again.  But I did see them again.  On Saturday July 25 my boyfriend and I were down on the beach in the ocean and stuff...swimmng and laying out.  Guess who walks up right in front of us on the beach... Whitney, Bobby... and their 3 kids.  One bodyguard -- not the one who broke my camera.  I said to my boyfriend" Are you coming with me I'm going to go talk to them about my broken camera."  He  said no you just go ahead...

So I did and I went right over to Bobby and started telling him about what had happened at the restaurant.....and how I didn't mean to take their pic... then Whitney was like "he broke your camera?"  And she kept asking me... I told her yes... she apologized and asked me how much my camera costs.  I told her $120... she gave me $200 right out of her wallet!!!!!!!  She said go buy yourself a new camera; I'm so sorry.  I was in shock.  Bobby shook my hand.  And then we went swimming in the ocean with her.  She was like right next to me in the ocean.  We were going over waves together.  It was so awesome.  I never thought i would ever meet anyone famous... but I did.
