Old Favorites, Top Choices The people repeated themselves last night at the 24th Annual People's Choice Awards show in Santa Monica, California. ''E.R.'' was chosen favorite TV drama series for the fourth straight year and ``Seinfeld'' the favorite comedy for the third year running. Tim Allen was chosen favorite male TV performer and Garth Brooks named favorite male musical performer. It was the eighth People's Choice honors for both. Reba McEntire, who co-hosted the awards show with Ray Romano, snared her seventh trophy while Whitney Houston won her fifth People's Choice. Julia Roberts pulled in her sixth People's Choice accolade, this one for favorite motion picture actress. Oprah Winfrey took home her third award as favorite female TV performer.
