Grammy-Award Winner Seal to Perform in Concert

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Madonna, Whitney Houston, Cameron Diaz, The Artist, Salma Hayek, Tyra Banks, Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, Gloria Stuart, Willem Dafoe, Jeanne Tripplehorn and James Earl Jones have been set to make special appearances at the GQ Men of the Year Awards on October 21 from Radio City Music Hall.

Emmy-Award winning comedian Dennis Miller will host the event for the second year. The show will be taped by VH1 and broadcast on October 31, airing throughout November.

In the publishing world's most anticipated event, awards will be presented to 16 outstanding men in the fields of entertainment, sports, music, fashion and the arts. Past recipients include Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Michael Jordan, David Duchovny, Wolfgang Puck, Nathan Lane, Jason Alexander, Derek Jeter and Peter Jennings.

Seal, the Grammy-Award winning singer will be headlining the event in his only major concert performance in the United States this year. Paula Cole will also perform.

The recipients will be announced on the morning of the 20th and their photos will appear on the cover and inside the November issue which will be on newsstands the week of Oct. 26.
