Donna Houston is Whitney's sis-in-law, who I believe is married to Michael Houston, Whitney's bother. She runs the Whitney Houston Foundation for Children. FYI, Gary Garland Houston, Whitney's elder brother, is actually her half-brother, born to Cissy out of a previous marriage. Cissy's second marriage to Whitney's dad also ended in divorce, although you'd never have guessed it from the way she always thanks her mom and dad together. Apparently, her dad recently married a woman many, many years his junior, much to Whitney's unhappiness. Of course, this was reported i the tabloids and must be taken with a HUGE pinch of salt.

Donna Houston is Whitney's sister-in-law. She's the Office Manager and Administrative assistant to John Houston. If I could find my Ebony issue of Whitney's wedding, I could tell you if she is married to Michael or Gary.
