After months of "is she" or "ain't she", Whitney Houston has announced that she IS indeed in the family way. Houston confirmed that she is six weeks pregnant, and that she and hubby Bobby expect to welcome their second child sometime in July. Whitney will be taking it easy for most of her pregnancy -- seeing as she has miscarried before and wants to take care of herself. She'll show up for a few appearances to plug her upcoming movie, "The Preacher's Wife," and will make a trip to Japan.
