The first single from the highly anticipated soundtrack album The Preacher's Wife, is burning up the airwaves. "I Believe In You and Me," was the most added single of the week and gave Arista Records and Whitney Houston their highest single week of ad ds at radio in its history. No other Whitney Houston (or any other Arista release) has ever received as many first week or single week of adds. Over 300 radio stations across the country added "I Believe In You and Me." The song made this historic al debut at virtually all formats -- Pop, R&B, A/C and other specialty formats.

The Preachers Wife soundtrack album is becoming a critics favorite. USA Today said Whitney's voice "soars," and gave the album 3 1/2 stars. The New York Times called her vocals "breathtaking," and said The Preacher's Wife is a "great pop album." Ent ertainment Weekly gave the album an "A-". The inspiring blend of Pop and Gospel, Whitney's perfect vocals and a powerhouse of producers, songwriters and guest artists have all contributed to the season's most celebrated release. These include Cissy H ouston, Diane Warren, David Foster, Mervyn Warren, Bobby Brown, Monica, Faith Evans, Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill and the Georgia Mass Choir.

Whitney Houston will appear on the Rosie O'Donnell Show on December 13 and on Saturday Night Live's Christmas Show on December 14. She will also be featured on NBC's Dateline on December 10, for an in-depth interview with Katie Couric.
