The way Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown spent their holidays may add credence to splitsville rumors that always seem to haunt the high-profile duo. Fox online columnist Roger Friedman reports Brown ''partied up a storm'' at Sean Combs' Justin's restaurant in Atlanta on New Year's Eve, while Houston was quietly greeting 2004 with their daughter, Bobbi Kristina, and friends at the diva's New Jersey estate. My sources say the couple's recent attempts at counseling "haven't had much effect" on improving things and Houston's upcoming Russian concert tour -- slated to begin next month -- could herald the beginning of an even longer separation.
