I got some insider news last night. She told me that Arista is AGAIN considering releasing a 3 CD collection of Whitney hits. Remember when I had posted a year ago that the GHP would be a 3 CD package? Apparently, Clive wants the public to embrace Whitney -- a CD of her greatest ballads, a CD of her dance and rare tunes and the final CD to be a greatest hits remix CD. The package will be extraordinarily priced low, as low as $20. And yes, again Clive wants to break musical history with this set. Also, my insider says Puff Daddy and Jermaine Dupri, as well as Anita Baker's producer Michael J. Powell, have expressed interest in producing tracks for the GHP. My insider also sticks by her original news that there is a duet with Toni Braxton and Lauryn Hill to be included with the package. I wholeheartedly stick by my insider because she is incredibly reliable.
