Whitney still rules the global airwaves, as "Step By Step" holds at No. 1 on the March 30 broadcast of the World Chart Show. The only real challenger is U2's "Discotheque", which rises from No. 4 to No. 2 . However, because "Step By Step" is No. 1 in several Asian countries, it should be able to keep the top spot at least for another week. (submitted by: Rob N.)
