Bobby "Bad Boy" Brown is at it again. News reports say he's expected to check himself into a Minnesota rehab center today. Later, he'll have to deal with a warrant issued by a Florida judge this past Monday. Seems Bad Boy Brown was "buzzed" and drunk (Geez!) the day he started a jail term for drunken driving.

The Miami Herald reports that when he turned himself in Sept 28 to begin serving the sentence, Brown told his probation officer he had smoked pot and had been drinking earlier in the day (duh!). Upon learning that, Judge Leonard Feiner decreed that Brown had broken the terms of his probation and must do more time in lock-down.

*And the bad news continues for Bobby Brown. Now comes word that MCA Records has filed suit against him and the other members of New Edition (Ralph, Ronnie, Ricky, Mike and Johnny) for breach of contract. The label says the group owes it six (6) albums worth of cash.
