R&B bad boy Bobby Brown, husband of singer Whitney Houston, has decided to serve five days in a Florida jail for a drunk driving charge rather than appeal his sentence. Convicted of the DUI charge last year, Brown's attorney says the singer plans to surrender to Broward County deputies within the next few days, according to the Associated Press. Last January, Brown was sentenced for the 1996 DUI to the five day jail term, 12 months probation, a $500 fine, 100 hours of community service and had his license revoked for a year.
