According to THE FACE magazine / internet in the UK, Arista Records have commissioned a new remix of `It's Not Right, But It's Okay' by London producers KCC. This is in response to numerous unauthorised underground bootleg mixes, which were done because the official house mixes did not suit the UK dance scene very well. The new remix will probably be featured on the new European single, `My Love Is Your Love' which is due out on June 21st with remixes of the main track by Wyclef and Jonathan Peters. I read the warning against the new Cissy and Whitney Houston-album some time ago and I really have say: Buy this CD (entitled "A Family Affair"), it is great! I don't know whether it is on the market everywhere, but if you can get it take it! This CD is a collection of 1970s Cissy songs featuring young Whitney, and for fans it is just amzing. Whitney had a very different style that time, very much like her mother, and beautiful even at this early time. Her mother dominates most of the songs, of course, and it takes some time to distinguish between the two voices. But once you've got it, you can't get enough. There're some real good songs on the album! Have a try! (submitted by: Gary X.?)

In the Netherlands, MLIYL will be released somewhere this week! Stay tuned! I've already seen the video, by the way, on MTV Europe! I tell you what it's like..... It's supposed to be some kind of beachparty. Wyclef as the dj, Whitney as the singer. Whitney wears a yellow shirt with a jeans skirt and jacket over it. Her hair has small (african, lauryn hill like) curls, which make her look very young and beautiful! NO.....
- Bobbi K. is not in the video (as far as I could seen it!
Maybe it's a good thing to watch The Lick (R&B program with vj Trevor Nelson!) tuesday or friday on MTV Europe. I think he'll play the video! (submitted by: Foekje A.)

According to WH - The All Round Entertainer, the video to "My Love Is Your Love" received it's world exclusive first play today on MTV UK less than 24 hours after the first play of the Smooth Mix video for "It's Not Right But It's Okay". The "My Love Is Your Love" video depicts a street party where Wyclef Jean is the DJ. Apparently the version of the song featured has a tribal beat playing along with the track. Asleep at the Reel
Since Whitney Houston had such primo luck with her TV outing, ABC's Cinderella, I hear she's at it again. Another ABC flick is being written for her as we cyberspeak. Guess which little fairy tale this babe's gonna be? (And I think it's perfect for the broad who appears to be in some sort of catatonic state, careerwise, and every other unwise.) That's right. "Sleeping Beauty" will be the make-believe story this 'time round. (Wonder if they'll write in her nightmares.)

Here is the scoop ! Please vote for whitney at www.EW.com, since they are holding a poll for the all time best pop albums and artists. Make sure you lock in your votes since the poll has been on from last friday. Incidentally, HH has finally become the blockbuster smash hit! According to data released today, the video is ranked no's 4 and 5 on VH1 and MTV respectively in airplay. Thanks to this exposure, HH has begun getting heavy rotation on both of NewYork's top pop stations. INRBIOK has been recieved very well and is getting played constantly on all the top stations. The Thunderpuss 2000 on pop and the ablum version on R&B stations respectfully! (submitted by: John G.)

News broadcast over the radio: Whitney was the number three performer chosen by the public for favorite singers of the century (i think she should have been number one) the first and second place positions went to Barbara Streisand and Celine Dion. (submitted by: Dan C. L.)
