They are playing INRBIOK like CRAZY in the dance clubs!!!! I was in a club in Philly Wednesday night and asked the DJ to play it if he had it and he told me that I was about the 100th person to ask him already when he had already played it twice in the night!!!! When he finally played it again at about the end of the evening, people were going ballistic-the hip-hoppers were jamming, the techno guys/gals were kicking it and everyone was yelling "Go Whitney" and they were singing their hearts out to the song, IT'S A HIT!!! Those of us who attended the WH Convention in Germany last July remember Philipp. He now has a record deal with Sony and he has a hit song in Germany entitled "Ich will Spaß". I was watching VH1 on Sunday morning and on their "Hollywood and Vinyl" show, which is about a movie and it's music,the special was the "Prince of Egypt," which had WH and MC and others talking about the music. It was similar to last night's shindig on NBC. Hollywood and Vinyl airs at other times during the week, looks like on Thursday (17) evening and early Friday morning (18), and also Friday evening, so they may show this again.

Also see on early Friday (18) morning on VH1-something titled "When you Believe" is to air.

I went to get tickets to the Tonight Show early this morning and there was a note on the door. It said "we regret to inform you that Whitney will not be performing this evening and singing group Chicago will be in her place." I am so diappointed. I have been unable to travel to the east coast to meet her and I was really looking forward to this event. I think she is the greatest singer. Just thought I would let all the Whitney fans, that haven't been able to find the vinyl promo, that I just got the remixes for It's Not Alright, But It's Ok on cd from Y & T Dance Music on Miami Beach. It included the full 9+ minute Thunderpuss 2000 remix, a fierce dub and a radio edit. It's an amazing song that all the New York and Miami DJs are playing constantly. My friend told me that there is also going to be a secondary promo with additional mixes by Johnny Vicious. Junior Vasquez has been playing this remix since mid-November and it's as amazing as the Thunderpuss 2000 remixes! I know that Y & T had like 30 copies of the Whitney remix CD. According to MTV ASIA, "When You Believe" still fighting for the number 1 spot in Asia. After debuting at number 10. It jumped 5 notches last week. This week I think that it will going to be number 1. Also When You Believe has a very heavy airplay in MTV asia and Channel V asia. So cross you fingers for the top spot for Whitney. From French TV (m6): They promote the "When You Believe" single in France... .but as a New Single of... Mariah Carey only!!! During the ad, you only see the name of Mariah Carey. They show the video...always MC and maybe 2 seconds for Whitney. Only at the end of the ad they said "in duet with WHITNEY HOUSTON". It's a shame, Arista is definetaly the worst of all. Arista is the worst record company in the world: while Mariah´s album it is been promoted all over Spain, Arista doesn´t do anything about Whitney´s album. The would-be BBBB actor had a typical BBBB suit on. The "host" of the skit told "Whitney" to "quit whining and go back to being a b*tch". They finally are starting promotion for MLIYL in Germany now! Each morning I hear commercial for her new CD at the radio, VH1 is playing the video for "When you believe" and there was a whole page in a TV program with promo for the album. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Will Smith is considering a remake of the movie, A Star Is Born. Variety reports that Whitney Houston and Lauryn Hill are two of the actresses being considered for this gender reversed redo. Smith will be an young unknown who falls in love with a superstar.
