From the beginning to the end of this wonderful collage of musical excellence, Whitney Houston sent spine tingling chills down my back. She showcases her vocal diversity ever so wonderfully. From the hand clapping, foot stomping " Hold On! ", to the eye watering " I love the Lord ", Whitney gives gospel her all! I was very pleased with her gospel style and vocal gymnastics, especially with the song, " I go to the Rock." Whitney has wanted so much to do a gospel album, and she proves it with this latest achievement.

Now for the secular singles. Outstanding describes them in a word! I love "I Believe", both versions of it. " You were Loved" showcases Whitney's dynamic gift and beautiful lower range and ofcourse the wind pipes of life bring the song to a powerful believe you are loved feeling. Step by Step has grown on me and I cannot wait to hear the club remixes which will be released in the UK soon! " My Heart is Calling " is a great up-beat dance tune that has hit written all over it! On the Xmas side, Joy to the World is sure to make even scrooge get up and sing praises to the LORD and savior!

All and all, The album is a 10+. Whitney sounds great and she really proves that she can do it all, whether she sings for GOD or her fans, she delivers, she delivers!
