Different but ok.

Overall impressions on MLIYL:
I loved Whitney from the first time I heard the song "Greatest Love of All". Whitney today is different. I realize she has grown with time after hearing her latest album "My Love Is Your Love. Something about her is different. I love her to death but this album is different. It seems as though she is trying to capture new fans. I feel she needs to stay Whitney. I listened to this album over and over to really feel it. I think it would have sold better if she stayed her old self. With songs like "You Never Stand Alone" and I Learned From The Best" I think is Whitney. This album is to hip-hoppish. She should have only stayed with the producers such as David Foster, Babyface, Diane Warren and all the others that she collaborated with on previous albums. I am not saying that the other song-writers are bad but they are more tailored to the younger generation.
I feel as though she is doing something to harm her beautiful voice- it just is not the same.

Come on Whitney and get back into the studios after you rest from promoting this album. I feel as though she should take some time off and rest. I feel she needs to exhale and spend more time on her next album. I think Diane should collaborate more along with Babyface and David.
I listen to the album and each time I listen I begin to like it even more. It to me was a rush album. I am not speaking bad of her or her work but this album is different but o.k.

The soundtracks she has done were all awesome (A++++++++). I after she rest and take some time off and come back she will be Whitney again.

One last thing, collaboration with Jermaine and Puffy would be awesome. I will always love you Whitney and do not let your next studio album be another eight years.
