It's Not Right, But It's Okay:
Most execellent collaboration with Rodney Jerkins on this album.A+
Heartbreak Hotel:
Good teamwork between Whitney, Faith and Kelly. Smooth classic R&B song.A
My Love Is Your Love:
Very soulful and spiritual. This was brought out by Wyclef's music & lyrics and Whitney's voice.A+
When You Believe:
Whitney's vocals were superb, but Mariah's vocals brought the song down to less than what it could've been.B-
If I Told You That:
Once again Whitney and Rodney are perfect. The lady's got funk.A
In My Business:
Whitney is great as usual, but I don't like the sound that came from this collaboration with Missy.B-
I Learned From The Best:
Classic Whitney styling brought together by Diane and David, the classic Whitney hit team.A
Oh Yes:
I absolutely loved this track. It brought out Whitney's lost sensual side.A+++
Get It Back:
Again, it's Rodney's. I definitely like this one.A
Until You Come Back:
It had a very endearing sound to it and her vocals were nothing but perfection.A+
I Bow Out:
I enjoyed this track because I feel this way now and she brought it home as only she can. Rodney put the funk in it.A+
You'll Never Stand Alone:
Loved this track sooooo much. It's too bad people don't treat each other this way. Beautifully written by Diane and sung by our diva.A+++
I Was Made To Love Him:
Truly a perfect collaboration. Whitney got the vocals down and Lauryn had the production down. There should've been more of these two ladies on the album.A++++
Overall impressions on MLIYL:
Definitely a giant leap into a different direction for the diva, but she knows how to hold her own and she does it extremely well. She is a wonderfully talented songstress and will forever remain on top.A+
