It's Not Right, But It's Okay:
I love this song. At first it was a little difficult since the song is so different from Whitney's usual style, but once I listened to it the second time, I was hooked.
Heartbreak Hotel:
Wonderful song. Faith and Kelly Price were also a great addition to the song. Whitney, of course, did a superb job.
My Love Is Your Love:
This song is "THE BOMB." Being from Jamaica, I love her rendition of reggae music. I think the song is definitely a winner.
When You Believe:
Powerful song. Both females were wonderful, but of course, Whitney takes center stage. Beautiful song. I expect to see it at #1 soon.
If I Told You That:
Good song. Reminds me of "The boy is mine" by Brandy and Monica.
In My Business:
Great song. Missy did a great job on this song. Very catchy tune and meaningful lyrics.
I Learned From The Best:
My absolute favorite song. I never get tired of hearing this song. Very powerful song, even though it does not include a lot of high notes.
Oh Yes:
My third favorite song. I forgot to mention that "My love is your love" is my second favorite.
Get It Back:
Great song, Whitney does Well as usual.
Until You Come Back:
Another great song. All the songs on the album are exceptional.
I Bow Out:
Babyface does a great job on this song. It's truly a "Whitney" song.
You'll Never Stand Alone:
Great Great Great.
I Was Made To Love Him:
Very good song.
Overall impressions on MLIYL:
I think this is one of Whitney's best albums. I was very sceptical in the beginning because it was very different from her usaual style. However, she proves she can sing in any style she chooses and still be the Diva that she is. As my sister says, I am her best fan and worst critic because I expect nothing but the best from her. This album is truly the best. Keep doing it Whitney.
