Concert date: 8/01/99 San Francisco, CA

Review of the show:
I was sadden to get all the way to the parking lot at Concord and find out the show was cancelled. My friend purchased lawn seats and was there when the gates open. She said Whitney came out and had the arena cleared and then let everyone back in. Later, she started warming up her voice and then went off stage. Bernie said she sounded great! Then 15 or 20 minutes before 112 was to go on stage, the entire show was cancelled! I was fuming, my ride was fuming. I had to endure the wraft of Roni on the way back. I love Whitney, but she rocked my world that day! I dubbed her Wig and Weave, but I got home and played MYLIYL(Heartbreak Hotel)and got over it. : )

I hope she realized there's some serious blacklash on her in the Bay Area. The radio station dogged her all day Monday. The air was pregnant with rumors of her voice being a studio creation(not!), bobby this and that, she on drugs, etc.... I hope all is well with her. Happy Birtday Whitney.
