Concert date: 8/01/99 San Francisco, CA

Review of the show:
My sources tell me that Whitney was actually at the concert site and prepared to do the concert, she was even over heard at rehearsal by fans who arrived by 5:00 o'clock. However, my sources said that 112 and Whitney had not been fully paid for the concert, and was told they would be before it started; that did not happen and that is why the concert was cancelled 10 minutes before the show. I don't know if this is true, but my sources are in the industry and have never been wrong. Also it is standard in the industry for all artist to be paid in full before performing. Sorry to all who missed her she was great in Atlanta and LA!
