Review of the show:
I must first say that Whitney looked great. The set list was the same as the 7-1-00, with one exception. I'll get to that later.

Whitney came out in a red fitted lycra looking gown with a long red train attached to it, she worked the train all types of ways, lifting it up so she could move around, and draping it on her shoulder. Her hair looked very nice, it had a slight flip to it, but not to much.

Her second outfit was a silver gown very similiar to the gown she wore at Arista's Anniversary except this one wasn't cut low in the front. I wondered if she has purchased a lot of these gowns because they tend to give away as she performs in them. Has anyone noticed that?

Whitney sang every song with such umph that the crowd couldn't stop screaming you go girl. She hit every note that was mid-tempo, and she also

hit some high notes. Whitney added in some adlibs to show off that she was at her best. At one point she kept moving the mic away from her mouth putting it at her side and waving it all around as she held an oooooohhhhhhhhh. The crowd was very impressed with this.

My favorite song of the night was UYCBTM she sang this song with all of her heart because it was so meaningfull at the time since Bobby is away, at the end she said I believe it's on Thursday 12:01am, Thursday( she held thursday very long). She then paused for a moment at the end of the song holding a very nice smile on her face.

Now for the one exception to the show, when it was time for her encore, she stopped the band from playing MLIYL and said if you want to know what Whitney's doing, how she's living, just always remember this, and she then sang the gospel song Blessed Assurance, which was beautiful. She then proceeded into MLIYL with Bobbi Kris at her side.

Some highlights of the night were, when she started singing IWALY she was in her chair, she then stopped and said okay somebody gotta move this table and chair and bring my mic stand out, then she was preparing to sing after the break in the song but started to talk to someone in the audience, and as she was talking she made the motion with her arms that would make the band think she was ready to proceed. But actually she wasn't ready and they started and stopped she applauded them for being on point, and then wound up introducing everyone on the stage.

One more highlight of the night is when it was time for Bobbi Kris to say her part, her mic was not on. Whitney stopped the band and started yelling turn my baby's mic on, then she said into the mic sound check really deep, yall gotta make sure everything is right up here. She then proceeded with the song. Which ended the night.

Once again the show was Fantastic. I loved it.
