Diversity!

I liked the movie. My 9 and 6 year old had a pizza party and invited friends over. We also recorded the movie. I'm Black of Caribbean descent and my husband is Latino. It speaks to all children that minorities can be in fariy tales, can be actors besides pimps, maids, chauffeurs and bad women. I enjoyed Jason Alexander as the bumbling Italian page. I thought that Brand did not have the vocal power to carry it and that she seemed most natural with the scenes with her and Whitney.I toved the song Impossible. Brand should not sing with Whitney for future reference.She can't hang and I like Brandy somewhat. Bernandette Peters and Natalie Deschell were also good. I think we are going to see Whitney emerge as an icon or powerful person in movies and productions. BTW, my favorite part was when Whitney and Brandy sang impossible and when Whitney was flying along side the coach, she looked as if she was enjoying herself. I didn't really like the last song. It has to grow on me.
