'NSYNC's Celebrity: More Songs About Young Love

Betting men and women would no doubt wager that the world's tens of millions of 'NSYNC devotees wouldn't be fazed if the boys titled the songs on their upcoming Celebrity "Pork and Beans" or "Green Crayons." Judging from 'NSYNC's sold-out stadium jaunt, PopOdyssey 2001, so long as fans can hear the fab five belt out sugary melodies over sweet sonic booms, they'll pick up the record regardless.

However, since the track list for the boy band's July 24 release includes such titles as "Girlfriend," "The Two of Us" and "Tell Me, Tell Me … Baby," betting men and women (even those who haven't got a sneak preview during the quintet's recent outings) could confidently wager that Celebrity will focus on young love.

The Celebrity track list, according to Jive Records:

The album cover seems to be fitting with current celebrity (hehe). It doesn't seem like they've portrayed something ABOVE what they actually are. They're not arrogant. They're not Sisqo.

Yeah Rachel. I see nothing wrong with the album cover. In context with the album title at least.

If you want arrogance then look at the BSB's 'I Want It That Way' promo. I've never seen N'SYNC make their fans compete to star in a video depicting their idols being adored and practically worshipped by 100 fans.

I think you only said this because you have a case of sour grapes with N'SYNC.

Whatever. IWITW is a classic video. Most of us normal ppl know that the vid was not about conceitedness(is that a word?), but a video that celebrated the fans.

That is TOTALLY different than this album cover. Its a bunch of media clammoring around the "celebreties".

ROMAL! The boy band in white suits has been done before. New Edition did it in one of their reunion videos. Their is nothing special about that video.

True. But the constant "hero" shots and halo effects did smack of conceit just a little bit.

If this album cover looks like anything, it looks like the other 4 are Justin's bodygaurds. If I were one of the others I wouldn't stand for that. I would have put up a fuss for another album cover.

LMAO! That's what I was thinking too after I really looked at it. Also, the picture is so small and I had my browser minimized while I was at work, so when I got to the middle of the picture it make me think of a partial ripoff of the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper cover.

This looks like something the same photographer would do. It makes me think of the microphone picture inside the WTGH CD, but in that case, Whitney was turning her back toward the press.
