They think that is what sells, I was going to buy one they did of Michael Jackson until I found out it was bunch of speculation inside it. I really just buy these magazines for the pictures, the articels usually include stuff I already know or rumors and such. The Life Magazine one is really nice.

Rolling Stone also did it with the previous cover story from 1993 -- "Whitney Gets Nasty" or something to that effect. All she did was curse during the interview. SMH

I am curious, has everyone been able to get the magazines they want? Are there any particular magazines that are proving hard to get that folks think may be collectors items? Also, if anyone needs help locating something, we should help one another out.

It's on newsstands now, though it is the MArch 15th issue.

It truly amazes me how an allegedly respectible publication like Rolling Stone can selectively choose to print only the most scandalous accounts of Whitney's last days. I meand they deliberately ignored all the competing versions of Whitney's last days wherein people who knew her and were with her said that she was definitely not doing anything crazy and out of control. Since we do not yet have the coroner's report, I know it is possible that Whitney was drunk and on drugs at the very end, but the fact is that the reports that she was normal and not out of control are actually more credible than the contrary reports of unnamed sources and Stacy "the Liar on her last 2 minutes of fame" Francis. I am dumfounded at Rolling Stone's election to publish only the most lurid and salacious accounts of Whitney's final days. Why not at least publish both sides of the story and wait for the coroner's report? It's as if they have been waiting for 25 years to tear into her legacy. I really have lost all respect for Rolling Stone. They have turned into another rag, only with a music focus.

I was just going to post regarding that same thing...but wasn't sure what kind of response I would get.
I have mostly all the mags that are out BUTT the one I'm looking for is the LIFE Tribute Mag/Book that is out, with Whitney smiling, and has a flower on her dress, probably and 80's photo of her.

If there's anyone that's willing to purchase one for me (as long as its in good condition) I'm willing to pay you for it, shipping, etc.
And if theres anyone out there that needs certain mags I'm willing to help out

Just curious to those of you that have the LIFE publication...are there 2 types? a soft cover (magazine, thin type of paper) and a hard cover type (which would be similar to the PEOPLE tribute) ???

omg you too? One magazine alone was like 15 dollars I was like Lawd, between magazines & albums, Nippy is taking all my money & I still want to order some things from her official site. I want a tour book and a few other things.

Oh the main site is next. I never spend my tax refund because I like saving money, but this year, I'm gonna take about $250 from it and order every t-shirt and maybe a bag or two. I'm even gonna order that women's tee with the full pic of her as the entire shirt. That'll work under a button down shirt, I think. (I'm trynna justify that shirt lol)
