What server issue?
Well I just posted in the other thread about how high was her plane in the air before "it" happened. I've heard some say that it never really made it off the ground.
I wonder where that sole survivor was sitting and how he survived and everyone else didn't. I hope he lives. I can imagine that he'd be in critical condition.

Due to server problems, we can allow threads to get but so big.

It has been reported repeatedly that he is.

I'm going to try to go too.
But I am about as awake as one gets.

I simply do not know what to say.
Her music was innovating and I really liked her music. It is very tragic that such a young, talented girl had to go like this. Like someone said here on the board, the song Gone Too Soon comes to mind.
Damn, I do not have words for this. It feels weird when I see her face on tv.
Here's more news on the people who were on the plane:
"Bahamian police Superintendent Basil Rahming said the other passengers killed included Scott Gallin, 41; Keith Wallace, 49, of Los Angeles; Douglas Kratz, 28, a representative for Virgin Records, and Eric Foreman, 29, both of Hollywood, Calif.; Gina Smith, 29, of New Jersey; and Christopher Maldonado, 32, of New York. The plane's pilot, identified only as L. Marael, also died."

I woke up 10 minutes ago just to see the clock outside my room (it was 9:15) and my brother told me someone died and too go on my computer. Telling me it was some arist on the table in my room I only saw Lil Mo and Aaliyah and he knows how I ADORE Aaliyah so I went in a fit and got on mtv.com.
I am seriously sitting here crying my eyes out! Other than Whiteny and Bjork AA;iyah was my favorite entertainer. She came out with the Best R&B album this year and was deveolpoing an excellent career. I still can't believe it I just can't believe it!!! IT's not fair!!!!! She was gone too quick! She was the one singer I ADORED, I loved her personality, her attitude her style, and her music she had it down for the young audiences. I will always miss her and I am extremely hurt that what could've came after "Aaliyah" will be unknown (movie roles, more albums).

This is depressing. Christopher Maldonado is a well known make up artist who's worked with everybody in the business so I can imagine industry people will be mourning his loss as well. That guy Eric Foreman's name is familiar. I think he's Aaliyah's stylist or somebody in her camp.

1)No more videos from the album (singles-yes)
2)No comparing to "ghetto" deaths like Notorious B.I.G. or 2pac
3)The music industry will notice Aaliyah's class and maturity and try to make it carry on.

Well there was one completed video..."More Than A Woman" I believe. And she was in the bahamas completing "Rock the Boat".

I adamantly oppose that. Rock the Boat is complete, and I'd like them to use footage to make her other videos. At least I can see her that way.

That's inevitable.
