Somebody needs to shut this treacherous, classless filth up.

Employ him somewhere in South America, sue him, shoot his head off - I just don't want to see his name ever again. He is the very definition of human scum for me.

Your comment is racist and discriminatory. Do you think that all South Americans are criminals? I won't be surprised if I compare some criminal statistics from some cities in South America comparing to the ones of London, especially some neighborhoods.

I though this forum was a tolerate place, but I'm really offended with your comment.

Nowhere did I mention anything about the South American people. My meaning was that South America is relatively "off the radar", it doesn't get much press coverage compared to the rest of the word, western tabloids aren't likely to fly a bilingual reporter there to get an interview. Also, it is a good place to go and "get lost" so to speak, it has a lower population density (for the most part) and poorer transport infrastructure etc. It is an ideal place for someone like Raffels to get "lost" and never sell a story to the tabloids again. It though that would be the obvious interpretation of my post because it is well documented in modern culture that South America is the ideal place to "hide out" in i.e. Bruce Banner "The Hulk" in the recent film, where Indiana Jones goes to find the valley of lost aliens etc.

You had no right to come at me like that without asking for clarification. To be blunt you have no business getting so offended, self-righteous or making such negative assumptions about someone's worldview based on half a sentence which you misinterpreted. Nowhere did I state anything about the people of South America or that I think they are criminals, I never even called Raffels a criminal!

Finally, I have spent 4 months of my life in South America so I know something more about the place than you. First of all, there is generally more crime there than in Europe, and in London - as I have lived in some of the worst areas there. I witnessed far more crime first hand in South America, than I ever have in the UK after spending my whole life here. Of course none of that would be valid reason to start stereotyping and disparaging an entire continent. But of course, nowhere in my post did I do that.

Mods, sorry for the confrontational tone - but I had to clarify and defend myself against this totally unfounded accusation of racism!

You were being way over sensitive and you came way to hard without asking first.. Reading his post and then reading yours made your post look delusional. I didn't even get what was being implied. still don't get where you got that from. I took the way he explained it, as in go somewhere that's "off the map". I think that's part of SA's beauty is that it's it's ownlittle world. Not to mention the gorgeous rainforests :)

I think you two should let it go and move foward. Whitney fans don't need to be fighting at all.
