On a side note, I have heard rumors that a certain fan has a rare performance of RTY...since all we have is the music she left us I would hope they would strongly consider unselfishly releasing the song for the rest of us to enjoy.
Oh well, I guess like Arista everyone will do what is bets for them.

Regarding the other stuff. I'll bite my tongue & won't say anything negative.

Here's the thing: Whitney's unreleased tracks would go #1 instantly. It would be a huge, huge deal. Whitney's unreleased snores would kill every other singer on the market today. They're just unreleased b/c Whitney always had so much spectacular stuff. I think Whitney was a perfectionist who sometimes did not really get how great she was. Her unreleased stuff would be HUGE, huge.

Not the FILM version. They are talking about a LIVE performance she did in concert in 1993. One fan recorded it, and he said he'd never share it with anyone because it was such a special moment to him, as though she sang it just for him.

My heart is calling.

I agree. Its inevitable that this will happen. It happens with every (major) artist.
I would really love a live RTY performance, but honestly, they could release "rare" footage or audio of her doing vocal warm ups in the studio from 1989 and I'd buy 15 copies of it. That's just how I feel right now. Dionne said "So I guess the phone book is next, huh?". Heck, if she recorded it I want it.

This is so embarrassing but when I got on here I seen talk of the live RTY then I seen in all caps ENJOY then a video of RTY and my heart stopped for a sec. I honestly thought we had the live version. Is it sad that I got that excited lol. But then I was listening and was like, "the hell? this the film version" then caught myself giving it the side eye, I'm sad lol.
So uhhh, where's this fan? Oregon? Mmmkay, I've always wanted to see Oregon, I'll be right back lol

Well, if you won't, I will, lol. Clive is about to make me angry, if this is true. Whitney is a legend and national treasure. There is no need to rush anything, 'cus NOBODY in this lifetime is about to forget who she is and what she accomplished. Rushing material out waters down the quality. Arista, can we just focus on Sparkle and the amazing performance she put into that work?
