End of Week 3 :)

So it's been another week. I haven't had any chances to update during the week, though I was planning to talk about some other stuff too (recipes I've been using and etc). Maybe I'll get around to that this week.

But anyway, yesterday was Thursday and that means it was the weekly weigh-in day. We skipped the meeting because we had to go help my mom make dinner but we stopped by to pay and weigh in. And the results aren't bad at all. ;)

Down 1.4 pounds this week.

Not bad when you consider I only had time to slip over to the gym once. :D And so that means I'm down a grand total of 10.8 pounds in 3 weeks. That's almost 11 pounds. I'd say that's not too bad. :D

I'ma try to get a little more time in to exercise and hopefully the results will be even better. But crossing the 10 pound mark was pretty nice. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to reach that 5 percent goal of 20 pounds. That first little milestone. Would be nice.
