So I finished my first week on Weight Watchers. I followed the plan pretty strictly. I did have one day where I messed up a little but thanks to the fact you get "extra" points to splurge with, I was still within my limits. I also worked out a couple times this week.
So today I went to the Weight Watchers meeting. It's been my first full week. I nervously approached the scale for the weigh-in and.....
I LOST 6.2 POUNDS!!!!
So I'm down to 391. Hey, its a start!
